There are smartphones, and then theres the Megaphone

In case youve neglected to notice, smartphones are getting bigger, and in 2013 in particular weve seen manufacturers push past the six-inch screen mark and into the bizarre no mans land between phones and tablets.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega is one such device, with a titanic 6.3-inch display. On the face of things, its essentially an oversized Galaxy S4, in the same way the S4 Mini is an undersized Galaxy S4. But theres more to it than that, and the result of Samsungs efforts is a product thats closer to a highly portable mid-range tablet than a smartphone. (Though its perfectly capable of making calls, should you desire to do so.)
