Lookout security coming to AT&T Android phones

Security software to be loaded on all compatible AT&T Android devices

Mobile security firm Lookout has announced that it's partnering with AT&T to bring its Android security suite to all compatible AT&T phones in the future. The app, which is already preinstalled on AT&T's Galaxy Note 3, is one of the leading antivirus and theft-protection apps on Android, with features designed to repel both digital and physical security threats.

Lookout has made the news with a number of high-profile partnerships over the past few months. It recently inked a deal with Samsung to include its software included as part of the KNOX enterprise security suite. And back in July the company partnered with T-Mobile to bring free Lookout security subscriptions toits Asurion PHP and Jump! customers.

With both Samsung and AT&T now onboard, Lookout looks set to significantly grow its user base in the months ahead.
